工作原理：

氣流通過位於頂部的HEPA高效過濾器，從櫃頂部均勻層流沉降，保證操作室內的樣品不會交叉污染。氣流到達工作面后，約50%被吸入操作室後部的隔柵中，其餘的與外部空氣在前隔柵相遇並達到平衡，這不但防止了外部未經過濾的空氣直接進入操作室污染樣品，同時也防止接觸樣品后的污氣流溢出而危及操作者的安全。
